Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup of drained and chopped canned green chiles
- 1/4 cup of chopped cooked ham

Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
