Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 English muffins
- 2 sausage patties
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of American cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the English muffins in half and toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Cook the sausage patties in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Melt a tablespoon of butter in the same pan. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
