Banana Bread Pudding Recipe 🍌🥖🍮

Ingredients:
- 6-8 cups of day-old bread, cubed
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread and stir to coat the bread with the banana mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle chopped nuts over the top. (optional)
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the pudding is set in the middle and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
