Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
4. Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract into the large bowl until well combined.
5. Add the dry ingredients from the medium bowl into the large bowl and mix well.
6. Stir in the chocolate chips until they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto your prepared baking sheets.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
