Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract into the large bowl until well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients from the medium bowl into the large bowl and mix well.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto your prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
