Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups of broccoli florets, blanched
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and broccoli, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Add the cubed tofu, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to the wok.
- Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the tofu is slightly crispy and the vegetables are cooked through.
