Lemon Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
