Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare the grill for medium-high heat. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer and discard any leftover marinade.
  4. Grease the grill grates and place the skewers on the grill. Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from grill and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy! 🍴
