Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic. Add beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned and no longer pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add onion and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Top with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
