Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic. Add beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned and no longer pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add onion and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  5. Top with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
