Herb-Roasted Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients:
- 8 lamb loin chops, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and garlic.
- Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
