Tuna Poke Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the tuna to the bowl and toss until well-coated. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- To assemble the poke bowls, divide the rice between 2 bowls. Top each bowl with the marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, radishes, scallions, and sesame seeds.
