  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the tuna to the bowl and toss until well-coated. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. To assemble the poke bowls, divide the rice between 2 bowls. Top each bowl with the marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, radishes, scallions, and sesame seeds.
