Grilled Shrimp Kabobs Recipe
Get ready to fire up the grill for some deliciously juicy and flavorful grilled shrimp kabobs!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Juice of one lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 skewers
Instructions:
- Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and salt and pepper to make the marinade.
- Thread the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients as you go.
- Brush the kabobs with the marinade.
- Grill the kabobs for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve the shrimp kabobs hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
