Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 24 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups crabmeat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Keep the caps and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture, lightly packing it in.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Serve and enjoy!
