Grilled Lobster Tails Recipe 🦞
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and salt and pepper.
- Brush the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture, making sure to get some in the slits.
- Place the lobster tails, flesh side down, on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails over and brush more of the garlic butter mixture on the flesh side.
- Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
