Sautéed Garlic Butter Clams

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Melt the butter and add the garlic. Sauté for 1 minute or until fragrant.
  3. Add the clams, white wine, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the clams have opened up. Discard any unopened clams.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.

This dish is perfect as an appetizer or as a main course served with crusty bread or over pasta.
