Beef Stroganoff Spaghetti Recipe

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is tender.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Remove the beef and onion mixture from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir well.
  7. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  8. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Add the beef and onion mixture back to the skillet and stir well to combine.
  10. Serve the beef stroganoff sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
