Thai Beef Salad Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and grill or broil to desired doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, chopped cucumber, cilantro, mint, and basil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and Thai chili peppers (if using).
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Top the salad with the sliced steak and serve.
