Summer Cobb Salad Recipe
If you are looking for a refreshing and nutritious salad for your summer meals, this Summer Cobb Salad is a great option. Itβs packed with vibrant colors, fresh flavors, and healthy ingredients. Plus, itβs incredibly easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of mixed greens π₯¬
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes π
- 1/2 cup of sweet corn π½
- 1/2 cup of cucumber π₯
- 1/2 cup of avocado π₯
- 1/2 cup of grilled chicken breast π
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese π§
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds π°
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette dressing π―
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the mixed greens and place them in a large salad bowl.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, cucumber, avocado, and grilled chicken breast on top of the mixed greens.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced almonds over the top of the salad.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top of the salad or serve it on the side.
- Toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated with the dressing.
