Chinese Dumplings Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, napa cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger and garlic to create the filling for the dumplings. Mix well.
  2. To assemble the dumplings, fill each wrapper with 1 tablespoon of filling. Use water to wet the edges of the wrapper, then fold in half and pinch the edges to seal.
  3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the dumplings float to the surface.
  4. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve with soy sauce or any desired dipping sauce.
