  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, chili powder, and garam masala. Add the chicken pieces and stir until well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results. 🍲
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown. 🍗
  4. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt to taste. 🧂
  6. Transfer the chicken mixture to a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. 🔥
