Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Place the wings onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the hot sauce and garlic powder.
- Take the wings out of the oven and brush the hot sauce mixture onto each wing, coating evenly.
- Put the wings back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
