Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

Spice up your appetizer game with these delicious jalapeno poppers, filled with cream cheese and bacon bits.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut off the stem end of each jalapeno, then slice in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Wear gloves to avoid irritation from the peppers.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the jalapeno halves with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Dip each jalapeno popper into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the jalapeno poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
