  2. In a food processor or blender, combine the chickpeas, minced garlic, tahini paste, fresh lemon juice, cumin, and salt.

  4. While the processor is running, slowly pour in the cold water until you reach your desired consistency.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
