Mini Quiches Recipe 🍴

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into circles that fit into each muffin tin.
- Place the circles into each tin and prick the bottoms with a fork.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cheese and ham to the mixture and stir well.
- Evenly distribute the mixture into each muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the quiches are golden brown.
